 This small subtropical evergreen tree only grows to 1m to 1.2m. It is very easy to grow indoors after germinating and is ideal for container growing. The variety is F6 which is resistant to leaf rust (Himalaya Vastatrix), and is a hybrid of the Caturra variety and Timor Hybrid.

Large leaves are dark green and glossy. Fragrant flowers have a jasmine scent, then produce the berries which are green at first, then turn dark red over time. The first fruit can be expected within 2 to 3 years of planting.

Important to note. Germinating coffee seeds requires patience as they can take between 3 to 6 months to germinate and require constant attention and monitoring during this period. If growing guidance is followed correctly a germination percentage of 50% can be expected.
