Year End Trading, Christmas Delivery & Shipping Dates
Our online stores will be open for the entire holiday period. Please however note that whilst our online stores will be open our offices, retail store, collection facility and customer contact centre will be closed on certain days.
Retail Store and order collection opening days
Our retail store and order collection facility will be closing at 1pm Monday to Friday from 5 December till Friday 13 December 2024 and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2025.
Pre Christmas Delivery
We cannot guarentee delivery before Christmas for all orders placed after Friday 6 December 2024. Due to the time of the year the couriers are under pressure and parcels will take up to 10 working days longer to be delivered.
Telephonic Support
We will not be offering Telephonic / WhatsApp support from Friday 6 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025. Please email seeds@seedsforafrica.co.za during this period for any queries. Please keep in mind that responses may take several days after Monday 6 January 2025 as we will have a backlog of queries and are not monitoring emails over the holiday period.
Email Support
We will not been offering email support from Friday 13 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025 all dates inclusive. Please keep in mind that responses may take several days as we will have a backlog of queries and are not monitoring emails over the holiday period.
Offices Closed
Our offices will be closing at 1pm on Friday 13 December 2024 and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2025..
Please note the following shipping dates will apply over the holiday period :
Guaranteed pre Christmas delivery only applies to orders with cleared payments by 4pm on Friday 6 December 2024.
Orders with cleared payments received before 4pm on Thursday 12 December 2024 will be shipped on Friday 13 December 2024.
Orders received between Thursday 4pm on 12 December 2024 and Monday 6 January 2025 will be shipped between Monday 6 January and Friday 10 January 2025.
Thereafter normal shipping days apply.
